Jacob Artuso is the Vice President of Construction Engineering Consultants Inc.  He is also an Engineer In Training. He has worked for CEC since 2006. He has a civil engineering degree from Messiah College. With Geotechnical post graduate work done at the University of Pittsburgh. Jacob is one of the two principal owners of Artuso CEC.
