The CEC laboratory is located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The laboratory is regularly inspected by the Cement and Concrete Reference Laboratory (CCRL) and AASHTO 

 

CEC is accredited by AASHTO for the testing of concrete, concrete aggregates and soils. CEC can also set up on-site testing laboratories for concrete and soils testing that meet CCRL and AMRL criteria and accreditation.
