Ralph Artuso is the President of Construction Engineering Consultants, Inc.  He directs CEC's programs of inspection and testing. Ralph has worked at CEC since 1979 and is one of two principals of the company. Ralph coordinates engineering studies of soils, foundations, and structures. He also heads CEC administrative programs as well as CEC management of corrective action of quality control deficiencies.

Ralph is currently a Professional Engineer in the states of Pennsylvania and Ohio.
