Material testing is one of, if not the least, labor intensive forms of construction. It allows employees the opportunity to work in the construction field and play an important role, without having the massive stresses of typical work in the field.
On the job training is provided, so prior experience is not necessary, however previous experience and/or personal certifications can be rewarded. CEC promotes from within; every single employee in a leadership role at CEC, started out in the field technician position.
