Shortly after the company became known as CEC. Later in 2018 some started to call the firm Artuso CEC because some knew Jospeh, Ralph or John Artuso. We are so grateful for the Thousands of projects we have been a part of.

1976 -1987
Nuclear Power Construction
Construction Engineering Consultants was an expert in the construction of nuclear power plants. Joseph Artuso himself was a leading expert in the testing and curing of concrete in massive wall pours even going on to write the code for construction of cooling towers.
1987 - 1994
Multiple locations
After moving out of the nuclear power industry, CEC became experts in geotechnical engineering and commercial construction material testing. Holding offices across the Eastern Seaboard. From Laughlintown, Cleveland, Daytona, Kansas City and Pittsburgh.
1994 - Present
Swissvale Headquarters
Artuso CEC Bought multiple offices in Swissvale, PA outside of Pittsburgh and has for 3 decades been experts in material testing and special inspections for Pennsylvania, Ohio, Maryland and West Virginia.
